- Conducted research regarding the supply of consumable materials with a sample of 56 materials, inventory control is carried out by calculating safety stock and reorder points using the Continuous Review System method. Proposed improvements can reduce the total cost of inventory up to 84.39%. - Inspected the amount of incoming and outgoing goods during Stock Opname.- Computed the weight of product components based on the type of material, dimensions, specifications, and quantity for the Engineering division.
