Take responsibility to monitor each of the students in one scholarship project to develop their potential and giving them a chance to be accepted in a reputable university. Also, I managed a database scholarship project. On the other hand, I also lead a workshop once a month and talking about any kind of self-development for the other project. Lastly, I do an interview to see the need for the upcoming project.

As an Intern, I was responsible for 50 new Job Descriptions (50 positions) for one new division at Danone. I was also responsible for the kick-off agenda for that new division (making sure the rundown, documentation, presentation material, etc). I also had an opportunity to do the end-to-end recruitment process for 2 vacancies; one of them succeed to be onboard and the rest still going after I got my last day on Danone.
