Also, I managed a database scholarship project. On the other hand, I also lead a workshop once a month and talking about any kind of self-development for the other project. I was also responsible for the kick-off agenda for that new division (making sure the rundown, documentation, presentation material, etc). I also had an opportunity to do the end-to-end recruitment process for 2 vacancies; one of them succeed to be onboard and the rest still going after I got my last day on Danone.
