- Support the day-to-day functions of the assigned directors to help them.- Capable of resolving most issues and requests independently.- Arranges travel and accommodations for director.- Schedules and attends meetings on Director approval, taking notes and recording minutes.- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.

- Processing customer data from investment applications.- Fill in and approve customer data.- Ensure that the data entered by customers matches their data so that it can be processed further.

- Assigned to manage the studio when digital literacy is running for the community, especially in parts of Sumatra.- Ensure all the things the studio needs for the event to run well and produce good results.- Reporting activities by collecting documents in the form of recordings and transcripts from resource persons and KOL.

- Select and handle media that will collaborate, produce media that is appropriate to the target and maintain relationships with clients.- Making an MOU as a sign of agreement with the media, the result is knowing what we and the media need.- Plan, create and publish relevant content to social media. and optimize it to increase audience appeal.- Communicate with the graphic team or design team regarding the content to be uploaded.
