As the founder of a Software Lab, I powered multiple small and medium-sized enterprises with software solutions that enabled them to scale with minimized human resources. In one case study, I provided a private staff chauffeur business with a Slack-powered notification system for reminding drivers of pick-up times and staff to be picked up. I also developed a mobile app for drivers that used Google locations and places APIs to enable pre-marked locations for pick-up and drop-off. Additionally, I estimated distances and calculated times to provide an admin with a visual representation of driver performance and availability. Finally, I set up a calendar system using Calendar JS and Google Calendar API to track leave days and automate trip assignments based on available data on the maps. I listed the trips on the calendar for standard notifications. In another case study, I built a portal for a travel business proprietor to list and track user activity, and support one-time or monthly automated payments using Flutter Wave API and Stripe API. I also enabled reminders using email and SMS using Twilio API.
