With over 25 years of experience in quality functions and operations, I am a microbiologist who is passionate about making one of the safe products in the world and serving mankind. My core strength is in managing quality aspects of sterile bulk drug, Sterile formulations/injectables, and vaccines.I led the site quality operations at CHIRON BEHRING VACCINES PRIVATE LIMITED, where I was involved in the tech transfer of GSK malarial vaccine and ensuring the quality of Covaxin, the indigenous COVID-19 vaccine. I have also worked with Alcon Singapore Manufacturing and Mylan Laboratories Limited, where I headed quality functions for various sterile products and received an excellence star award for identifying and addressing high-risk calibration activities. I have handled large and diverse teams, and worked in different regions of India and abroad. I am motivated by driving quality functions for life-saving drugs and ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations.Interestingly a good story teller, using that skill for motivational training sessions. I do conduct technical and non technical training sessions.
