Key Responsibilities• Building and develop the contracting vertical of the comapany.• Finding efficient candidates and putting together a team to bring in business.• Finding plausible leads and assigning architect, and team for the project and guiding them.• Identifying and exploiting business opportunities with both new and existing customers.• Business to Business - Interactions with key decision makers in the organization.• Finding further opportunities – Maintaining business relationship

Key Responsibilities• Finding plausible leads and assigning architect, and team for the project and guiding them.• Identifying and exploiting business opportunities with both new and existing customers.• Business to Business - Interactions with key decision makers in the organization.• Finding further opportunities – Maintaining business relationship• Supporting design team for preparation of design, costing and assigning contractors.• Checking and making final approvals of designs and drawings before sending to approvals.• Keeping a check on project cost in terms of material purchase, contracting cost.• On-site supervision and monitoring over the work flow and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:• Be as a one-point contact between the client and team.• To Understand the Client’s requirements and develop a Project Brief.• To brainstorm with the team with details and data collected and develop preliminary designs inthe form of sketches and references.• To monitor over the design team and develop designs and present it to the clients.• Prepare costing and get it approved by the clients after the designing process• Appoint contractors for the particular project

Key Responsibilities:• To develop requirement sheet as per Project brief.• To do case studies on similar projects.• Discuss and understand the requirements of client.• Develop line drawings from conceptual sketches.• Develop conceptual 3D models using Sketchup.• Develop set of Working drawings for execution.• To Develop Bill of Quantities.

Responsibilities:• Understand Client requirements and document it.• Create Minutes of the meetings during client meetings.• Help the core team in assiting the events.• Be a part of event team and help in organising and coordinating.• Actively be a part of team and learn
