Working as a instrument technician in continuous process industry. Experience in process measuring and control instruments errection and commissioning. Calibration of various field measuring instruments both field and panel like flow, level, pressure, temperature and analytical. Knowledge of using field testing instruments like pressure calibrator, source meters, HART(model 475) and communicators. configuration of controllers, indicators, flow meters and smart positioners. control loop checking and testing. Trouble shooting experience with PLC based operating m/c and DCS operating plants. Control valve calibration, passing test and leak testing, servicing and maintenance. Servicing and maintenance of various hydraulic and pneumatic instruments. Trouble shooting experience with sensors like switches (pressure, DP, temp, level, flow,micro, limit), sensors like proximity, photo, vibrating, magnetic, UV(flame sensor), etc.... Knowledge of studying P&ID, Electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic circuit drownings also trouble shootings experience. Followup the regular preventive maintenance schedules and predictive maintenance works. Atten the breakdown jobs. Reporting to superior officers and maintain the reports. Cable laying, glanding and dressing, pneumatic and hydraulic tubing & dressing.
