In charge for the Executive lounge, Guest Service Centre & Business Centre. Shadowing Concierge Operations.• Supervising the day to day operation in all the departments.• Handle guest complaints & Take necessary corrective action on root cause of problems • Assist with orientation of new team members.• Provides constant coaching, counseling and discipline to colleagues to ensure their capability to meet the needs of the customer and the organization.• Having Effective communication between the management & team members through regular briefing, updated info on notice board & monthly meetings.• Motivate & Assist colleagues to solve problems.• Planning & organizing the duty roaster & attendance in all three departments.• Conducting monthly one to one & quarterly appraisal & regular feedback to improve.• Coaching & counseling on a regular basis. Creating & managing the SOP’s for all three areas.• Conducting relevant trainings for the team.• Maintaining high level of Guest satisfaction result in all three areas through (GSM)• Ensures that colleagues are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the department objectives detailed in the Front Office Department Performance Plan
