• Working in ORYX GTL Engineering Department and Leading Project Construction team of 5 Construction Engineers /Supervisors.• Overall responsibility is to ensure Timely & Safely completion of Construction/ Installation, Testing and Commissioning works complying Quality requirements for All multi discipline Capital Engineering Projects at GTL Plant (Brown field and Green field) including infrastructure projects.• Responsibility starts from Mobilizing EPC contractors at plant, implementing Safety culture, Construction supervision and monitoring of Project progress, Safety Audit, Inspection, Quality surveillance, Pre commissioning and commissioning until handover the project to the End users or sponsor. • Involving from Feasibility studies, input during FEED stage for all MOCs (Management of Change) and participate constructability review of FEED package. • Participate HAZOP, Project Risk review, Safety Review and Pre startup safety Review (PSSR).• During Tender stage of MOCs, review Contractor Tender Package (Technical) submission• Co-ordination with other stakeholders such as Production, Maintenance, Integrity, Safety departments on daily basis during execution of the projects . Attend weekly Progress review meeting and facilitate Safety Incident investigation & RCA. • Review Contractor Project Execution Plan, Planning package, Schedule, HSE Plan and QAQC Plan.• Review and approve Contractor’s Method statements, Procedures, Job Hazard Analyses, all QA/QC procedures, ITPs, WPS & PQR and pre-commissioning/ commissioning procedures.• Progress monitoring and Supervise closely the project activities on daily basis to ensure project is progressing in a safe manner, on schedule and as per approved specifications, procedures and construction drawings. Follow-up and monitoring of Offsite fabrication works.
