 Maintained good MTTR during trouble tickets of FTTX (Business ,FTTH & FTTM) customers by doing strong follow up with field teams using strong operational tools like GIS, Huaweı U2000 & Motive. Maintained complete database for network passive components and its dimension of around 260 FTTH FDTs, 5000+ FTTB ICD, 300+ DF customers & 350+ FTTM sites using sharepoint ,GIS , TOMS and Remedy Suite System for smooth handover .  Managed targets for successful new activation using WFM , Sharepoint ,GIS & ACS tools. Strong reporting to the management for ODB cleanup , PMR , Network Utilizations , handover of network elements , FDT patching ,PAC/FAC processing & new customer activatoin work order etc. First level approver/rejecter in all MDT/TCN’s remedy request for all OSP related issues. Successfully participated in TWRN and BURD Data Center Migration .

 Achieved good MTTR for FTTB customers and metro OSP network by doing strong follow-up during trouble tickets and major cable cut incidents. Responsible for PMR verification , New Handovers & Reporting for passive network in central region mobily.  Succefully integrated OFMS with existing GPON & Metro network for better monitoring of passive network.  Network Resillence Testing for existing Mobily coporate customers over Dark Fiber. Drawings (ICD) verification for all FTTB customers handed over to operations as part of department restructuring

 Successfully participated in Oruba Data Center Migration . Maintenance of Mobily METRO Optical Network fibre network. Looking after all OFC issues raised for preventive maintenance like added protection of OFC from civil work. Corrective and Preventive Maintenance on the network. Fault find out and rectification with in SLA (3 Hour). Maintaining close coordination with vendor to ensure any OFC Cut is restored within SLA. Effective communication, team building & relationship management with Technical support skills. OTDR Testing  Attenuation Test End To End Testing with Light source and power meter FTTB,FTTH,FTTX FDT,ODF, ODB, Patch panel, GPON Installation. Working on Flat Metro Ring Protection and remove the SPOF of the rings after availability of the new routes
