Towards Advocacy and lobbying – P.M.Muthukumar was instrumental in fighting for the rights of the Children, Youth and women. He has identified the HIV victims and transgender given them guidance and advocated with the government to provide them opportunities and benefits. He had advocated the rights of the specially challenged people and made them achieve their rights and entitlements. Similarly his exemplary work with women in Prostitution made the target community understand the need for a behaviour change.
