• Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle i.e. from requirement gathering, sourcing resumes, rate negotiation, resume submission, scheduling Interview and delivering candidates.• Maintaining recruitment database.• Keeping in touch with the Vendor Group for getting resumes and pre-screening the candidates and share the best suitable resumes to the technical team.

Responsibilities:• Understanding the various requirements of the Direct Implementing Partners and processing the requirement within the time frame.• Sourcing profiles from various sources like Job portals Dice.com, Tech fetch, Monster.com, Career Builder, Employee referrals, Headhunting, LinkedIn, Free portals, Google search and posting jobs in various job portals.• Taking the initial round of interview over phone for collecting the required information for selection process etc., and short listing the candidates for further process.• Negotiating salaries, extended offers of employment to successful candidates and supported in filling up all the necessary paper work after the hire.• Scheduling and coordinating the interviews for all the short listed candidates.• Responsible for helping the team deliver the Predetermined Targets of Closures.• Follow up with the clients and the candidates with regards to the schedule.• Expertise in placing people for permanent positions.• Updating and maintaining the skill wise database of the prospective candidates regularly for the future requirements.• Knowledge of Technical skills in recruitment prospective.• Maintaining Resume Database.Extra Responsibilites: • Reporting and analytics for onsite hiring• Kenexa source validity and helpdesk processes• Kenexa Workbench configuration and administration
