PROJECT MANAGEMENT• Scheduling & planning the various design & project activities.• Taking lead role in conducting meetings with design, project and purchase departments & solving the problems for facilitating the completion of projects in time.• Managing various contractors and successfully handing over the projects within the specific time period.• Planning for Material delivery in time.• Initiating site mobilization activities.• Providing necessary facilities to site team.• Certification of contractor bills.• Preparing Material tracking reports which consists of all information about the project & keep updating the report in time to time.• Preparing Re-estimation report for all the projects in every quarter to analyze the profit & loss.• Co-coordinating with Design team in all aspects such as Drawing preparation, Data sheet preparation, Design schedule preparation, Approved vendor list preparation, BOM preparation, & those submission to the client for approval.• Preparation of BBU ( Billing Break Up)• Concentrating in EHS (Environment health & safety) activities at sites by providing necessary weekly tips & also by collecting the weekly EHS audit reports.• Preparation of Technical Quality Assurance Plan as per client specifications & Submissions for Client / Consultant approval. And also incorporate the same, if comments received form client/ consultant. (Mechanical & Electrical discipline).• Carry out Expediting at supplier ends for various Fire Fighting Material.
