Leading the EHS department, overseeing more than 40 EHS personnel across all the projects and assets under Lendlease including TRX Life Quarters, one of the city defining project in KL. Currently involved in planning and design review for one of Data Centre Project to be delivered in 5 stages with capabilities for a total 55MW IT campus.

Key Deliverables:· Led three Senior Safety Managers and 40 over EHS personnels across 13 projects at various parts of Malaysia simultaneously.· Entrusted with the accountability of developing and enforcing Construction Safety Requirements to guide expectations and ensure compliances.· Led ISO certification attainment and compliance for the Business.· Engaged in tender processes, presenting safety strategies to clients, and assessing contractors.· Implemented robust assurance plan and best practices sharing platforms for continuous improvement.

Key Deliverables:· Developed and reviewed EHS Plans and overall safety management systems for project and assets.· Spearheaded the Project Safety Leadership Team activities for effective reviews and continuous improvements for project performance.· Collaborated with Project and Assets to ensure establishment of high standards of Health and Wellbeing facilities.· Enforced Incident and Injury Free (IIF) initiatives across projects together with the Project Leadership team from Lendlease and Contractors.· Planned and delivered various trainings to staff and contractors to elevate skills and competencies.· Maintained effective EHS filing system meeting legislative and ISO requirements.· Conducted risk assessments and inspections inline with Project Assurance Plan. Provided effective and practical control measures in line with the hierarchy of controls and applicable EHS standards i.e Lendlease Global Minimum Requirements.· Developed a site-specific reward and recognition programs to elevate the safety culture with effective participation from workforce.· Carried out Pre-qualification of contractors and supply chains during tender stage and evaluation during delivery stages.· Liaised with various authorities on site safety matters.· Reviewed incidents and shared lessons learnt across the project and Business Unit for future preventions and best practices implementations.· Ensured all projects and assets established an effective Emergency Response Plan and collaboration with authorities for Emergency Preparedness for various emergency scenarios and treats.
