Certified on S/4 HANA Sales 2020 and S/4 HANA source and procurement 2020.Please find below My roles & responsibilities and Skill SetCurrent Roles & Responsibilities:• Worked on Various Implementation/Rollout & Application Support of Eight engagements.• Managing two projects on Application support from offshore end and leading Sales& distribution and customer Services module.• Responsible on documentation of process maps, SD/CS end user manuals, SD/CS business blueprints, SD/CS Configuration Documents, SD/CS User Acceptance Testing Scripts, Unit Integration Scripts and SD/CS functional specification documents.• Drive change management and process improvements across the SD/CS modules.• Attend to Critical & High priority issues on SAP SD and CS modules and inviting the relevant teams for expedite the accurate solutions.• Preparing Plan for required application upgrades• Preparation of weekly, monthly reports and Quarterly reports and conducting Weekly/monthly reviews.• Ensure the team adheres to the SLA guidelines and achieves them, ensure team availability and Backup plans to make sure no impact with Client deliverables.• Training, Mentoring, and motivating the team members.Skill Set:•
