Finance Operation Manager - From 2nd August 2012 to 31st July 2016Team Lead: 3 Persons (Accounts Assistant, HR Assistant & Billing Assistant )- Preparation of full sets of accounts.-Preparation and reporting of income and expense forecasts to senior management and producing meaningful commentary and analysis of reports.- Monthly preparation of financial reports, cost reports and financial forecasts to aid strategic decision making. Ensuring all financial data is well documented within the department and all records are accurate and up to date.-Ensure payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate manner.-Overseeing a team of three accounting staffs, one billing staff & one payroll staff to ensure their accounting & payroll duties to meet organizational objectives.- Working across departments to enable joined up decision making based upon financial data. Ensuring that the decision makers in the firm understand the financial implications of the missions they set for their company in a specific period.- Work closely with human resources and accounting on all payroll related matters.- Training and coaching assistants for purposes of ensuring that their accounting and analysis duties are done well.- Implement finance, accounting and auditing procedure in strict compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and IAS (International Accounting Standards).

Handled all functions of Accounts Receivable & Payable, including debtors / creditors reconciliation.Maintained cash book, bank book, debtor’s ledger, creditor’s ledger and all other subsidiary books of accounts.Processed invoice raised by vendors, verified all particulars and coordinated with higher officials to release payment on time.Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.Prepared reports to manager and finance controller for transaction update.Managed successfully the daily activities for handling accounts upto finalization.Ensured accuracy of all the daily transactions posted in the system.Manage all financial accounting, controlling and reporting activities of business group including bank transaction and fund management.
