helloo everyone, I'm Muthu Raman, currently pursuing my engineering at Sri Eshwar College of Engineering in the Electronics and Communication department with a CGPA of 8.59.I bring a academic background, having completed my diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Central Polytechnic College in Chennai with score of 95.9%. In addition to my academic achievements, I have practical experience, having worked for one year at GH Induction in Chennai. In this role as a Junior Engineer Trainee in the service department, I gained valuable insights into inverter rectifiers and assembly processes.Furthering my practical experience, I completed internships with VLSI Guru and Tessolve Semiconductors. At VLSI Guru, I contributed to block-level design for a 14nm project with 40 macros and 52 thousand standard cells, gaining expertise in multivoltage design using level shifters. The training covered UNIX commands, ASIC design flow, CMOS basics, PD flow, floor plan steps, and STA.In my internship at Tessolve Semiconductors, I delved into the basics of Verilog and SystemVerilog, working with ICC2 shell. Moving on to my project work, I successfully completed a project on UART using ICC2, covering the entire design flow from RTL to GDS. Additionally, I conducted an analysis of AC and DC characteristics of a CMOS inverter using LT SPICE, enhancing my understanding of PMOS, NMOS, and their switching mechanisms.Recently, I participated in an internal hackathon at Sri Eshwar, where our team worked on the topic of an Anti-Drone System, aiming to mitigate potential threats from drones.Thank you.
