As a lean champion, I'm actively involved in transforming the way, the accounting process is being carried out in our organizaton, for a reputed global client headquartered at Netherlands. Being an individual contributor, I'm leading the lean transformation journey at our Chennai center through strucutral deployment of lean tools & methods after providing a, thought transforming Lean foundation training, accompanied by delivering value to the clients by conducting multiple kaizen events at regular interval.

In addition to the methods engineer role, that I was previously looking after, I started to run the entire operations of the process, managing the production of components to delivering continuous improvement projects to developing new products & methods to upskilling of people. Having managed 25+ people in 3 shifts, I was able to run operations smoothly without any major hiccups for 2. 5 years.

I started working as a methods engineer for a greenfield process, creating work standards, defining & optimizing process parameters to produce the right quantity of products at the right quality. Creating systems to run the operations was my role, along with delivering continuous improvement projects

I was looking into the company's development projects, continuously monitoring their status and improvement metrics defined internally by ourselves. Apart from that I was a part of the New Product Development Team.
