An automobile engineer with more than 2 years’ experience in the field of Quality control and Quality assurance. Good Knowledge on International Codes & Standards especially ASME Section V for Nondestructive Examination and ASME Section IX for Welding and Brazing Qualification Expert in Inspecting the Material at various stages, pre fabrication inspection, on job welding inspection at work sites. Experience in Inspecting of job materials by using radiographic techniques especially in Tankage and piping welding jobs. Familiar with various ultrasonic equipment. Incoming Material inspection/identification including customer supplied materials and record keeping. Preparation WPS and Heat treatment procedures Supervision of procedure performance qualification tests. Monitoring welder qualification continuity and re-qualifying welders when their qualification expires. Spot checking during production welding activities. Co-ordination with TPIA/Owner. Final documentation preparation and submission
