As a Project Engineer, my job involves dynamic responsibilities with a focus on job rotation during the first year. I'm entrusted with various tasks across different departments, allowing me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the production process. Through job rotation, I not only hone my skills but also develop a holistic perspective, paving the way for future growth and advancement within the industry.
