 Act as project or site supervisor for road construction work. Advised on construction techniques, and sequencing of works as appropriate. Allocate work to other members of team in order to ensure delivery of design to quality, time and budget. Ensured personal responsibility under Health and Safety legislation.  Select and strategize allocation of work to sub-contractors.

 General site supervisory duties for development of residential apartment blocks including carparks and other public facilities. Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery.
