Coordinating with the domestic inquiries, Issue of Show Cause Notice, Charge Sheet, Suspension Order etc.,Inspector of factories record maintaining work/Returns submitted to Inspector of factories/Tamilnadu Labour welfare Board/Employment Exchange Office.Implementation of applicable labour enactments and follow up. Attending statutory compliance related to EPF, Prof. Tax, Group Gratuity, LIC etc.,Attending day-to-day employees attendance checking/Leave Management/Pay Roll processing/Contractors wages statement.Look after Canteen day-to-day activities/to run the canteen more effectively.Maintenance of employees personal files.Preparation of letter for settlement of Gratuity Preparation of Offer/Appointment Orders, Joining formalities. Increment proposal statements/Orders, Transfer orders, Vacancy position list and other related aspects.Preparation of Bonus statement for approval/ Wage board settlement.Preparation of letter to forward resignation letters to Head Office for approval, Preparation of relieving orders, Service certificates and other certificates, Circulars.Preparation of Co-operative society thrift fund subscription/Loan statement and maintenance of accounts of co-operative society.Preparation of employees Childrens educational allowance/Medical Reimbursement/ Field travel allowance/Food allowance.Preparation of employees unavailed leave encashment statement such as CL, SL and PL.Arrangements for issue of Identity Cards, Attendance Punching Cards, Shoes, Uniforms, Helmet etc., Preparation of Indent for Stationeries.Insisting employees to wear Uniforms, Safety Shoes and Helmet compulsorily.ISO : Co-ordination for ISO activities as Core Team Member.Deployment of quality & food safety policy and objectives
