Helipad, service buildings connected to the main building through a service tunnel. -Review design documents, Shop drawings & Project Specifications along with ASTM, FGL, AusHFG, NFPA, SASO standards & BOQ.-Approve Shop Drawings, Materials, Suppliers, Method of Statement & site documents.-Inspect & Approval of Mock-up, Inspection Request, Architectural materials, Material Sample complying with QC plan, ITP (Inspection Test Plan) & project specification.-Coordination for Project Progress & Design Development with Contractor, Subcontractor, Designers, PMO & Ministry of health.-Raise & follow up NCR & Site work note to contractor based on quality of work.

Abha Regional International Airport Project is a 1.79Billion project. Currently have services to several domestic & International destinations. The main features of the airports include Main Passenger Terminal with 20 passenger boarding bridges, parallel corridors to accommodate 26 Aircrafts. Car parking buildings, Meteorology building, Administration Building, Aviation and Airport Maintenance Buildings, Mosque. Bachelor Accommodation, Family villas & Runway.

Main contractor for Leading Institutional group VELAMMAL EDUCATIONAL TRUST.- Lead a team of Architects, Engineers and Technical assistants.- Design Coordination and Design Development with Architect (Designers), Consultants and Client side Technical team.- Coordination with Site team and Technical Team. Material & Supplier selections.

-King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). A 3.5 billion dollar Project in Riyadh -Saudi Arabis-Reporting responsibilities to Riyadh Area General Site & Logistical Manager-Lead a team of 23 Architects, Engineers, Draftsmen, Technical assistants, Site engineers & Document controller.-Oversaw and provided hands efforts in all logistical drawings and submission including -Coordination with project Zone Managers, Parcel Managers, C&A Department, PCS Dept., Procurement Dept., Survey Dept., Batching Plants, Concrete Dept., Security Dept., Consultants, Contractors, and Sub Contractors.-Design, prepare & maintain Logistics drawings for the KAFD project, and other related projects storage and logistical sites such as the BIN BAN, and SALBUK storage facilities. -Formulate practical designs, to optimize space and efficiency and minimize delay issues.-Oversaw and created and submitted Working / Shop drawings with supporting standards.-Review pre submission design documents, drawings and details.Confirmed the system to be followed, according to design specifications and quantity of required materials. Integrated engineering element into unified design.
