Responsibility for data research activities for the Automotive OEM And Aftermarket Products. Responsible for the below following deliverables:• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion for OEM Parts from the database. • Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary.• Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.• Helping develop reports and analysis.• Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security.• Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.• Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.• Generating reports from single or multiple systems.• Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.• Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.• Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

I was responsible for the following deliverables:• Assign the job to the respective team and monitor the job flow process with “First TimeRight”• Identify the Technical Complaints and guide the team to diagnosis the same as perprocedure in Service Manual.• Worked as a “Floor Controller” and monitor the workshop process for ensuring thetimely delivery and support.• Monitor the complete activities of Floor vehicle movement control.• Acted as a “Warranty Coordinator and In charge” and make documentation which isrelated to Warranty and Extended Warranty activities.• Verifying the failed parts which replacing in warranty twice.• Conducting service process audits and takes necessary counter measure whereverrequired and monitor the same.• Dealing with insurance companies for claim and approvals• Responsible for customer’s approvals for the repair/service work to be done by providing cost estimation• Identify the Technical complaints and diagnosis the complaint along with the TechnicalTeam.
