• Assign the job to the respective team and monitor the job flow process with “First TimeRight”
• Identify the Technical Complaints and guide the team to diagnosis the same as perprocedure in Service Manual.
• Worked as a “Floor Controller” and monitor the workshop process for ensuring thetimely delivery and support.
• Monitor the complete activities of Floor vehicle movement control.
• Acted as a “Warranty Coordinator and In charge” and make documentation which isrelated to Warranty and Extended Warranty activities.
