Role: • Heading operations of Transmission NOC of DWDM and SDH. • Leading a Team of 40+ Members to ensure the day to activities of Transmission. • Defining Team Performance KPI settings and appraising the members one to one based on their performance and suggesting for necessary personal skill developments needed. • Defining and Ensuring systematized process for NPLC, IPLC & POI circuits provisioning, and network surveillance. • Ensuring network fault management and customer complaint to achieve maximum uptime. • Planning and coordinating with vendors for software up-gradation of transmission networks. • Planning and allocating resources for NLD & ILD network new connectivities. • Implementation of the network modifications like Network up-gradation, Network re-homing and planned activities & Emergency unplanned activities.Highlights • Established the entire setup of the DWDM and SDH NOC team of Aircel enterprise Operations to handle operations of transmission NOC of National and International segment operations of Surveillance, Provisioning, Fault management and NW changes. • Closely worked with Vendors and IP-MPLS team for the Disaster Recovery setup for transmission NOC and ensuring operations from both the NOC for seamless network handling. • Prepared the Database System for Provisioning and Fault Tracker. • Defined the process flow and SLA for Provisioning and Fault Management. • Successfully tested and commissioned International connectivity’s with many ILD operators like Voicetech, Saudi Telecom for the internal voice operations. • Handling ISO certification Audit for Transmission operations with no Non Compliance or major observations for 6+ Years.

Role: • Worked in Service Order Management Group (SOMG) and optimized the transport network through network modifications. • Leading a team of 10 members for the Execution of network optimization activities. • Planning for Planned Events (PE) like network modification and up-gradation of transmission networks • Executing the Network optimization activities in Hi-CAP transport & ASON networks. • Coordinating with all necessary internal and external teams to get the PE completed.Highlights • Handled Hi-capacity Core Network Migrations for Reliance GSM launch. • Developed and improved bulk cross connection tool for OME series equipments to ensure speedy completion of planned events. • Successfully upgraded 10 STM-16 into STM-64 rings with 100% accuracy.
