Sales Coordinator & Store Incharge
Current Managing all the sales related activity of the company. Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller Generating leads. Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence. Collaborate with other internal departments (finance, operations, product, HR) where necessary to resolve other client-related matters. Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers. Speaking with customers using clear and professional language. Resolving any sales related issues with customers. Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates. Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing. Accurately analyzing and assessing statistical data. Meeting or exceeding sales goals. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. Preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Handling the every invoice and update the system. All other ad hoc duties assigned by your Reporting Managers.
