Key Performance Areas:• Payroll & Leave Management• Maintenance of all employees Master Data and Personal Files.• Maintenance of Attendance & leave data for Various Statutory Compliances & Government Bodies.• Preparation and initiation of salaries and other payments of employees, providing inputs to the finance department as and when required for the smooth disbursement of the payments.• Monthly distribution of Pay slips to employees.• Maintenance of various other databases as and when required.• Statutory Compliances• License Renewal/Amendments.• Handling ESIC, EPF; Registration of new employees, Monthly Payments, Claims, Settlements and other pertaining activities.• Labour Welfare, Professional Tax, Gratuity and Maintaining Compliance as per applicable Factories Act & Shops and Establishment Act.• Ensuring Timely Challans Deposition before due date and Returns filings.• Ensuring Maintenance of all the register as per requirement of various Acts applicable in State and Industry.• Ensuring the compliance of all statutory Labour laws, returns and annual inspections.• Preparation & Execution of Policies as per Employee Handbook• Drafting new policies as per Management requirement.• Modification of Existing Policies as when required for Procedures smoothness.• Maintenance of good industrial relations• Ensure resolution of Grievances through the existing mechanism & adoption of mechanism for various type of grievances.• Solving employee dispute with the help of grievance handling system.• Maintaining effective coordinative communication system to maintain communication to minimize the Employee-Employee grievances, Employer-Employee Grievances.• Recruitment & Selection• Preparing Recruitment Plan with coordination of other Departmental Heads.• Preparation of Position Profiles Job Descriptions for different new position in co-ordination with Department Heads.• Co-ordination with the consultants for manpower solutions.• Sourcing resumes from intern

• Analyzing and Identifying Human resource requirements• Conducting meetings to clarify and sort out department related issues in order to maintain a peaceful work environment in order to boost Employee engagement at work.• Six-month training in preparing employee compensation, statutory benefits utilization, liaison training & better communication bridge between management & employees.• Managing the Payroll for employees, Statutory Compensation follow-ups setting a platform for compliance in the organization.• Coordinating all Subunits in conducting Health & Safety Trainings, Internal Committee Meetings & Updating of Statutory registers & returns periodically.• Conducting periodic internal audits in subunits based on BSCI, SEDEX & Buyer Requirements• Following Statutory Liaison regarding fresh licenses cum renewal / amendment processes from Inspector of Factories, Fire Dept., TNPCB, Sanitation, Standing Order and Third-Party H&S Inspections.• Preparing ESI & EPF Challans for all the Subunits, Submitting Returns on time, esteeming EPFO Claim Forms & relating aspects, guiding employees in ESIC health initiatives & proper utilization of statutory benefits thru continuous internal trainings.• Buyer Audits handled: Wal-Mart, C&A, NEXT, Disney, GEMO & Primark (Social & Environmental)• Certification Audits handled: Oeko-Tex, GOTS & GSV.
