• Managing the Payroll for employees, Statutory Compensation follow-ups setting a platform for compliance in the organization.
• Coordinating all Subunits in conducting Health & Safety Trainings, Internal Committee Meetings & Updating of Statutory registers & returns periodically.
• Conducting periodic internal audits in subunits based on BSCI, SEDEX & Buyer Requirements
