Project Lead
Current- Responsible for managing the IT infrastructure projects to the Wipro client.- Foster positive relationship with clients, addressing their needs and concerns and ensures the client expectations are delivered on time.- Handling internal and external stack holders to get the project delivery done.- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives to internal and external stakeholders andensuring 100% output on project delivery.- Weekly and monthly review with all respective stack holders.- Responsible for preparing and maintaining Weekly and Monthly Client Reports for the projects.- Responsible on Billing & Invoices of the projects.- Implement cost control measures to prevent budget overruns.- Interact/ Brainstorm with functional leads and SME's to identify the value adds/ Continuous improvement projects to improve CSAT.- Lead and motivate the team to achieve project objective and as well as team member's personal growth.- Ensure the team members are Recognized and Rewarded based on their contribution towards the project or Team.- Continuously monitor the project risk and proactively address issues that may impact the project's success.- Collaborate with HR/TA team or contract resourcing partners to staff the project with skilled individuals.- Support the professional development of project team members though coaching and training.- Ensure Resource availability throughout the project lifecycle and ensure there is NIL revenue loss.- Create and manage the project budget tracking expenses and ensuring they align with the Projects financial goals.
