I am responsible for forecasting the demand and supply of various products, coordinating with the production, purchase, sales, customers and the suppliers, monitoring inventory levels and the quality standards, and managing the logistics and distribution processes. I also lead and oversee multiple projects involving new product development, process improvement, and cost reduction.
