JON RESPONSIBILITIES - POWER PLANT AND STEEL AND MINES 1. Technical support to tendering, engineering, supply and chain management at project level.2. Responsibility for detailed erection sequences, estimation of manpower, tools and tackles to meet the project schedule. 3. Preparation of L3 / L4 Planning & scheduling if the total power plant for erection and commissioning. 4. Review and approval of vendors operational and maintenance manual, FQP, MQP.5. Coordination with project management, engineering team, site team. 6. Responsibility for optimum utilization of project resource for erection and commissioning to minimize project execution cost 7. Monitoring the quality & safety requirement at site as per corporate and unit guideline. 8. Leading the site team member and suppliers supervisors.9. Producing consolidating report to the projects steering board / senior management including mile stone summery .Key issue risks benefits.10. Monitor the cost at site level.11. Review the quality issue at site and communicate the same to the stockholders. 12. Managing project deliverable in line with the project plan.13.
