Reporting to the Finance Officer /Director, I was handling its financial and management accounts, inventory management, Responsible for a team of 5 executives. • Overall accounting, management and statutory reporting functions with accountability Over inventory management and other activities.• Responsible and review for the monthly closing of statutory accounts.• Review the completeness of GST return and tax computation.• Manage and forecast quarterly and annual closing inventory balances.• Responsible for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycle, business partnering with internal stakeholders, providing budgeting guidance & template to use and facilitate discussion with business to achieve outcome and supporting presentation slides.• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasting for Income and Expenditure.• To work closely with Internal Audit, Operations and various stakeholders to ensure that audit issues and areas of risk are adequately addressed.• Consolidate and analyse Group annual budgetary as well as forecasting financial year- end performance for immediate holding company’s management.• Attending monthly financial performance and annual budgetary meetings.• Provide professional financial advice in relation to accounting treatments and tax matters to business operations.• Prepare company tax returns and review of GST and withholding tax submission in compliance with relevant regulations.• Reconciliation of audited consolidated accounts.• Preparation of audited financial statements in accordance with provision of Statutory/ Internal/CAG Audit and Indian Financial Reporting Standards.
