To Monitor The Process, Control & Improving The Sheet Metal, Welding Process  To Maintaining Good Relationship & Better Communication With All Customer. Good Knowledge In Using Measuring Instruments Like Venire Caliper , Micrometer , Height Gauge Etc To Focus The Preventive Action For Major & Repeated Issues  Good Knowledge In Preparing Counter Measure Reports. Preparation Of Quality Daily Report, Weekly Report & Monthly Report And Action Taken. To Implement The Error Proof Or Poke Yoke For Critical Process.  To Focus The Cost Reduction & Kaizen By Process Improvements  To Control In Process, Customer & Supplier Quality Of Sheet Metal / Stamping Components Familiar Of Sheet Metal/ Stamping, Welding Validating The Internal Process On The Timely Basis By Doing The Process Audit At Plant. To Conduct The Process & Product Audit For Control The Process & Ppm To Focus And Maintain The 3C,5S, Safety & Awareness Create The Operators  PPAP / ISIR Documents For New Development Products. Timely Fulfill The Customer Requirements (R evalidation, ECN/EO Etc.,) Doing Failure Analysis And Focusing RPN Reduction For Major Issues  Inspection, Testing And Revalidation Of Incoming Parts And Quality Approval.  To Focus And Maintaining Cp & Cpk For Critical Process  Familiar In SPC, 7QC Tools, PPAP, FMEA, Kaizen, 5S, 3C
