The ticket management application is open for more than 30+ countries which is having automatic resource allocation, time tracking mechanism, 20+ intake forms and auto archive functionality.• Built HR system for one of the EY client and got an onsite opportunity for this project. Worked with the customers directly to understand and gather the requirements. Migrated the data from the existing system to the new system also.• Built a multi-level workflow management tool with dashboards, automatic resource allocation, automated time tracking mechanism, email notifications and scheduled jobs.• Built a carbon estimator tool as part of the EY's initiative to reduce carbon footprint which calculates carbon emission based on the source and destination city details. And it will provide the efficient travel mode and the carbon emission comparison between the different travel modes like Plane, Train or Car and different travel classes like Economy or Business class.• Built an SharePoint intranet portal to show the social media feeds, Announcements, Employee information and did a SharePoint migration from 2007 to 2016.• Having experience in data migration from SharePoint to SQL, and migrated the documents from SharePoint to Azure Blob Storage using a custom desktop application.• Worked on all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) involving Requirements gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployments, Production and Post-production Support.• Trained employees from ground up on new technologies and helping them to become the resourceful and effective at their new skills.
