1. Responsible for Projects: Civil Construction, PEB, Piping (IBR & Process) Storage Tanks, (M.S & SS) as per API 650, MBMA rules, B.S, IS code and Electrical & Instrumentation.2. Created a Project Execution Plan (Project Charter), BOQ, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projects.3. Interact with clients of an ongoing projects, Payment follow up , Procurement plan, Contractor finalization and operate project within approved budget & Time.4. Review the performance weekly and conduct regular team meetings & Ensure compliance of resources with project execution plan and escalate with Site Managers.5. Monitor cost with the support of Project Controller to ensure the execution of the project within the approved budget. Profitability Forecast, Based on Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Contribute to Cash Flow and Working Capital, monitor Cash-In projections including Over dues.6. In charge for Electrical & Instrumentation of 1MLTPA capacity Tamilnadu Cements Corporation - Ariyalur.
