If vendor/client requested to change the remit to address or banking details, I have update those details in Oracle ERPRequest the new vendor form and W-9 form for any new vendor creation to the vendor.To share the process related updates comes through email and discuss the updates to the team on daily huddle.Disbursements: To submit the invoices to client approval in Mineral Tree and notify the payment related issues to the client.
