 To supervise the team in operating and monitoring Waste Water Treatment Plant. To carry out continuous improvement with Reverse Osmosis water system and Wastewater System. Great understanding on Deionzed water system. Familiar with Environmental Quality Act, Section 19, Standard B Able to carry out and analyze data of water analysis (DR2800, DR3900, AAS and NOVA) in order to comply with Environmental Quality Act, Standard B. Experienced in managing the human labor, maintaining the operation efficiency and unit process operation (eg. Pumps – Grundfos, Johnson, Seal less, Air diaphragm pump and dosing pump, sump,storage area, reaction tanks, metering pumps, multiple types of filters, ion- exchanger, reverse osmosis, physical treatment, MB4 columns and UV sterilizer). Familiar with piping systems. Experienced in carry out assessment and review of the operational data. Experienced in chemicals preparation standard operation procedure and formulation. Experienced in assessment and review maintenance (change membrane, cartridges, resin, valves and fittings) Able to repair leak pipes and improvement to prevent any leakage in future. Able to do calibration (pH sensors, ORP sensors, Resistivity Meter) and basic setup of GF Signet flow meter.
