Discussing about the document and draft it down to be reviewed by legal team, parallely translating and sending the BoQ of each project to the fulfillment team, together with the project timeline that had been submit by applicator or contractor2. Studying the Drawing and technical specification of the project before submitting and doing the kick off meeting together with the customer and start the project3. Proposing vendor registration for applicator or contractor and responsible for every document that will be needed to start the project or when rhe project going on4. Inserting timeline to the recapitulation and calculate each progress milestone based on applicator or contractor report within photo progress5. Discussing and recommending about technical or non-technical things with the applicator or contractor and helping the customer to understand the same things6. Finding the best solution for customer and applicators when conflict occur at site at the same time maintaining good communication-bridge between customer and applicator or contractor

Then Mitraruma.com was born.First thing first, we tried to find the best journey for our customer in surfing the website so we split out team out and interviewed the customer-hoping to find the extreme one. After we gather the result, we try to figure out the persona of the customer and making the empathy map. As that goes on, everymonth we do a collaborative actions with the marketing and e-commerce team, looked up and reflect on the strategy for engaging and attracting new customer. After that, finding partner that could fulfill is the next actions. Not in our surprise, a request on the material installation also come knock to our door and we want to seize the opportunity properly.But still to maintain good relation with our partner, we help to identify the needed tools that can make them more convenient in serving our customers and continously request feedback on things that we should maintain or upgrade in the process to be together have growth in our business.

As I help on the housing segment, I also help another division that still included in the Service Solution team such as Developer and Contractor segment, where my role is to:1. Interpreted and analyzed the technical problem found by developer customer2. Find and arrange a technical meeting with the chosen and suitable applicator3. Present and explained the product that have been developed according with the site problem4. Estimating and negotiating with both customer and applicator side as well as bridging between these parties5. Designed a mock-up project for an example product and collaborate with the applicator for constructing the mock-up projectAnother segment is Remote Area and Seaport Project, where I help on:1. Informed the administration team whether a contractor has been registered on the SAP, If not, I facilitate them to be registered first on the system by proposed and send the required document2. Received and process the "Purchased Order" from the customer and scheduled a delivery as per request3. Coordinate with production team for the quantity order4. Coordinate with logistics team for the delivery schedule5. Coordinate and assured the delivering of the product to the customer

One of the many Solution that SCG have is Housing Solution. The Solution is try to provide house that affordable by all of Indonesian Citizen, start from Palu Housing Project which is intended for people affected by liquefaction disasters that occurred in 2018. Now we are moving to try contribute to the 1 million house program from the Indonesian Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) and here is my role on the project:1. Calculate and estimate Bill of Quantity (BOQ) of the house as well as customized and redesigned the DED (Detail Engineering Drawing)2. Developed and coordinate with technical internal team and together with partner to solve and find a solution3. Presented the product to the ministry and advised a technical solution
