As part of the operations staff, my responsibilities include managing company data to ensure the accuracy and readability of information. I am responsible for collecting, entering and organizing data, as well as routinely compiling a recap of operational costs, including expenditure on procurement of goods or services, by ensuring complete documentation.In the context of delivery of goods or services, I was also involved in designing and filling out the road letter form with accurate details, ensuring the completeness of delivery-related information. In line with that, I play an important role in employee data management by managing daily attendance.I am also responsible for inputting data required to compile monthly reports, including financial reports or other operational reports. Through my role, I contribute to the efficiency and transparency of the company's operations.In addition to the previously mentioned responsibilities, I am also actively involved in the management of the company's social media content design, with a particular focus on the Instagram and LinkedIn platforms. I have experience in designing and managing relevant and engaging content, as well as playing a role in building the company's image through social media.In this role, I was responsible for strategizing content, developing engaging designs, and ensuring consistency of the company's brand on social media platforms. These skills not only strengthen interactions with audiences through these platforms but also contribute to the company's increased online presence.As such, I bring not only strong administrative skills but also the ability to design and manage social media content that supports the company's vision and goals.
