I am a psychology graduate from Medan Area University majoring in Psychology with great passion to have a career in the field of human capital / human resources. During college I was active in psychology student associations where I served as a team team to conduct family gathering activities. I was able to do this by staying focused on college so I was able to graduate on time with a 3.39 GPA. I also had internship experience at the North Labuhanbatu Regent's office for approximately 3 months and was continued at the same time as a final project research at the agency where I as an intern student was responsible for evaluating the scope of the agency and assisting in correspondence activities and staffing data archives. Not only that, after graduating from college, I also had the opportunity to do an internship for 6 months at the Shafiyatul Amaliyyah educational foundation as HRD staff, where my duties and responsibilities at that time were to recruit prospective employees and new teachers, then record files and records that were managed for the purpose of recruitment And record the daily attendance of teachers and staff.
