Raw Material Sourcing: - Build strong relation with Raw Material Manufacturer, Supplier & Trader who can provide us the best raw materials & finished products. Supply Chain Management: - Ensuring Best Supply Chain Management for the Products.- Analysis the Capacity of the Factory for the delivery of Commodities. Promotional Strategy: - Always think how to promote your company.- Send Occasional Greetings by SMS or Email. - Ensure Customer Care 24/7 over social networks/Phone/Email- Regular participating Exhibition & Fair as a visitor, Provide your Business Card & also Collect Event List: - Mark your calendar when you will meet with our Purchaser or participating any program.- You can make a plan for the Factory Visit Program.- Provide total Hospitality for the valued foreign buyer. Business Development: - Identifying New business opportunity, Create business leads, fix appointments and then forward it to the reporting management.Miscellaneous Activities: - Maintain Liaison with investors and as well as the Government Officials, Banking Sector, Local government, Civil Society and media personnel, NGO and respective investor- Ensure Organizing training, workshop, meeting, campaign, and weekly/monthly/yearly gathering - Ensure establishing network with the local government, private sector, NGO’s , service providers, Multinational corporation, Basic service institution, Educational Institution - Ensure conducting time and action plan including monthly working schedule etc, as require- Maintain all communication necessary for the business- Effectively involve in emergency response as and when required- Ensure all type of assessment including emergency response
