As a Head of Finance at Pinar Arabia, Yasar Holding, I oversee the setup of finance organisation for the greenfield Pinar cheese factory establishment in Abu Dhabi; completing two full scale SAP/ERP implementation to achieve financial objectives. I lead all aspects of 70M USD business in MENA in terms of all financial dimensions including commercial finance, FP&A, reporting under IFRS, treasury, budgeting, feasibility study/analysis, and forecasting.• In 2019 we set up a 100M AED factory. I was one of the few project members (which later grew though). With that group we achieved full cycle of greenfield project from the soil to manufacturing which is now producing cheese.• In UAE we have two companies (one being the sales/trading) and second the newly established factory. I am the finance head both of them.• Set up the finance organization in a way that instead of placing different accountants in two companies, organized kind of a "shared service center" which serves the both companies.• Completed production line procurement projects via supplier credit model with a focus on financing.• Played an integral role in achieving significant of saving in factory construction project.

During this tenure, I steered the finance management of 65M USD Export business in more than 35 countries in MEA in terms of financial management, commercial finance, FP&A, and treasury. I established and managed the accounting and reporting of the company. I directed the preparation of statutory accounts and other legally required reports. I monitored the management and statutory results in order to meet the commercial and legal obligations as well as internal objectives. I maintained the adequate sources of financing to ensure the availability of capital required by the business. I protected OC assets via the implementation of internal control systems and procedures, with adequate insurance of OC assets.• Set up the finance organisation of a newly established company, "PVM Export MEA" in Dubai.• Effectively managed the export credit risk with zero receivable write off in 4 years of history.
