𝗛𝗶, 𝗜’𝗺 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿—𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗜 (𝗘𝗤+𝗔𝗜). I believe in combining behavioral science, empathy, and AI to create products that solve real-world problems while fostering psychological safety and pro-social behavior.𝗔𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗤 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴-𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆. At Google, I led teams to integrate emotional intelligence insights of human behavior into the ML/AI for Search, Photos, and Assistant, securing multiple patents that improved cognition and behavior. My work has taught me that self-interest and greed destroy the world, but shared goals and cooperation can save it. This principle informs everything I do.
