CurrentI handle sales and support for one of the world's most advance night vision camera for costal surveillance, border control and situational awareness. We have had successful deployment in Asia with more than 120 systems installed since 2006 (and still working). At the same time I handle support by developing and maintaining web apps that our response towards our customers. These web applications allows our customers to find repair and troubleshooting procedures on all our product (something like on iFixit, but for our needs). Another web application allows us to keep track customers issue - from initial complaint, troubleshooting, generating RMA, scheduling onsite repairs, quotation of part and tracking repairs (something like Zendesk, but streamlined for a company that makes a complex product).
