Handle sales and support (in Asia) for one of the world's most advance night vision camera for costal surveillance, border control and situational awareness. Successfully deployed in Asia more than 120 systems since 2006 and still working today (2024!). With a robust product, unmatched operational lifespan and a clear maintenance program - our customers like our product because it has the longest operational capabilities (among any of our competitors) and the shortest repair downtime. At the same time I handle customer support and have developed and maintained web apps that will enhance our interaction with our customers. These web applications allows our customers to find repair and troubleshooting procedures on all our product (something like on iFixit, but tailored our needs). Another web application allows us to keep track customers issue - from initial complaint, troubleshooting done, generating RMA, scheduling onsite repair and quotation for parts (something like Zendesk, but with more additional features for our organizaion).Occasionally I dabble into 3D printing by helping friends print their design and to satisfy my own needs around the house.
