My role was singular; to capitalise on the agency's 50+ years of creating relevant, insightful communication, and lead it into becoming Pakistan's undisputed best in class, navigating the agency through it's affiliation with Leo Burnett, inculcate a culture of pushing ourselves, as demonstrated through winning the most awards in the history of PAS two years in a row.
