With over 17 years of experience in human resources, I am currently the Head of HR at Wingie Enuygun Group, a leading online travel platform in Turkey. In this role, I lead the HR strategy and transformation for the group, overseeing talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention, as well as compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR analytics.
