• Prepare Yard’s General Building Plan
• Generate Projects’ detailed plan in Microsoft Project
• Prepare material requirements list according to design documents and tech specs. Start the process for procurement
• Prepare detailed work analyses from daily working hour lists taken from Departments.
• Prepare Progress Reports and Prepare Subcontractor’s monthly installment reports generated from these reports.
• According to materials requirement list, to prepare the detailed information for RFQ’s of the materials to be purchased in connection with Project and Design Departments and send to the Suppliers

• Assisted Yard Manager in all technical fields like project management, production management, design management, logistic management, and QC.
