Project engineer procurement, contracts and tendering for various Mega projects within Makkah. In this journey I have learned and performed various activities for Low current and MEP (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil finishing, furniture, kitchen equipment, food and commodities) systems including tendering, Procuring of materials (RFP, RFT, RFI) and systems, building supplier/ contractor data base, performing Techno- commercial assessment, conducting workshops for clients, consultants and in house meet with design team. Lead a team of highly abled executive to hone their skills and upgrade myself for work flow process. Preparation and submission of executive detail report to client (Ministry of Finance) about the material history and establishment of price.Coordination and communication with other departments like site execution team, logistics, ware house to meet the target date. Participated in weekly meetings with client , designer, PMO and consultant to understand the criticality of target work execution and dates.

Engineering, supervision, testing and commissioning of Building management system, SCADA system, Fire Alarm System, Access control system & Intercom systemMy job role included below responsibilities▪ Review Project design drawings and apply contract codes, standards and specification▪ Integration, testing and commissioning of field devices.▪ Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.▪ Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.▪ Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electronic work groups at site.▪ Plans the execution of Fire Alarm and Building Management system related works and coordinates the works to Electro-mechanical and civil groups.▪ Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.▪ Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.▪ Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.▪ Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at site.▪ Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.▪ Responsible for the safety of all electronic division groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standard local, national or international standards.

Sales and testing and commissioning of WIKA Solutions (Temperature, pressure and flow) ,Quinzy (Air Compressors) Camozzi (Pneumatic Systems)Meeting and building clients in mining, petrochemical industry, construction, small scale industries and Automobile. ▪ Review the design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings and perform the required engineering calculations for the solutions to be provided.▪ Review Project drawings and apply contract codes, standards and specification.▪ Review the design schematic, schedule, and prepare the line diagrams, provide the optimum solutions to the clients as per the requirement.▪ Customizing general specifications to suite the site conditions.▪ Prepare the I/O list and define the digital and analog I/O’s and choose the optimum solution for a better performance.▪ Interfacing the provided field devices with the SCADA and BMS.▪ Integration and commissioning of field devices.▪ Monitoring daily Instruments installation and testing activities and verifying that complies with the project specification.▪ On site calibration of the supplied instruments by portable calibrators.▪ Visit the petrochemical industries, factories, projects and meet the concerned authorities, understand their requirements and provide the solutions.▪ Prepare project specific material submittals for the available solutions.▪ Give technical presentations to the client about the available solution and products.▪ Attend Technical meetings with the client, understand their requirements and make sure the entire requirements are met and coordinate with other faculties for interfacing of solution.▪ Implementing all the required safety standards, and the international engineering standards in the completion of the system solution.▪ Estimating Field devices for building system monitoring and control and preparing daily documentation of the work progress.
