• Management of the Lahore office, responsible for 100+ staff members, orchestrated cross-functional project management of the creation of compelling, integrated content for both regional and global campaigns, across all.
• Increased the revenue of the Lahore office by more than 70% between 2016 and 2019. In 2018, led Ogilvy Lahore to its highest recorded revenue and grew the business to become the largest advertising office in Pakistan.
• During 2017 and 2018, led Ogilvy Lahore to the highest score across the APAC region in the Perceptyx “Global Talent Survey” which measured employee loyalty and staff turnover.
• Played an integral role in the establishment of Ogilvy’s digital service offering resulting in a new revenue stream that now contributes roughly 40% of overall income.

Pakistan

• Successfully managed the Coca-Cola account, and directed an exceptional team of 20+ staff working on campaigns for brands including Coke, Sprite, Fanta, Minute Maid, and Kinley. Responsible for the operational.
