- Monitoring, controlling and ensuring the package backlog should remain under defined thresholds.- Coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with SOPs.- Ensuring adherence to defined protocols involved in package handovers/status updates / rejects receiving.- Coordinating with 3PL and driving timely closure of the package journeys and subsequent status updated to be provided within time.- Managing and Coordinating with all the 3PLs for timely pickups and solving their issues in real-time.- Revalidating package status during financial reconciliation in case of a dispute.- Other tasks / projects assigned by the management.
