Contacting customers to explain the issue and getting the ticket approved for repair.• Following strict production deadlines to assemble and test the products according to purchased orders.• Inventory management; including receiving parts for lab, labeling, and storage in the inventory room.• Attending the company’s weekly team meetings to report the work improvements.
